Friends of Broomfield School held its inaugural AGM Tuesday 10 May 2011.

FOBS was formed nearly 5 years ago  and since inception we have raised approximately $20,000.  The money raised has gone into purchasing new library books, outdoor benches, classroom digital cameras, ukuleles, Maths games and Numeracy kits, Literacy Games, a lovely yellow sun shade for the children to sit under while eating lunch, iPads, Headphones, ICT equipment, discovery sources, and a sandpit cover and toys to name a few of the items purchased for our children.  Other projects have including putting up a sun roof and painting the decking in the swimming pool area.  Major fundraising events that FOB's have supported include the Broomfield School Garden Tour, The School Gala and the Fathers of Broomfield running a motorcross event.
FOB's have support all children in Education Outside the Classroom Trips and Swimming Lessons

All parents are welcome to be part of FOB's.  There are two ways to be involved - become part of the committee or support the events that are organised by FOB's to help fundraise for the children of Broomfield School.
